Pricing model

Lexey uses credit-based pricing.

Starter plan: $19 USD/month — 10 million credits, 50 knowledge articles. Growth plan: $49 USD/month — 30 million credits, 250 knowledge articles.

Credit packs (optional auto-reload when credits run low):

• 5M credits — $10
• 10M credits — $20
• 25M credits — $50

Auto-reload is off by default. When enabled, you choose which pack size to reload with.

Managing your subscription

Access billing via the settings cog in the management interface:

• Subscribe — Start a subscription via Stripe Checkout.
• Credit balance — View remaining credits and a usage progress bar.
• Auto-reload — Toggle auto-reload and choose your preferred credit pack size.
• Spend limit — Set a configurable limit to control top-up costs. When credits run out and auto-reload is disabled or the spend limit is reached, the agent will return a 402 error.
• Manage subscription — Link to the Stripe Customer Portal for subscription changes, payment method updates, and invoices.

Credit consumption

Different operations consume different amounts of credits depending on the complexity of the AI task. Simpler tasks (e.g. classification, safety checks) use fewer credits per token, while more complex tasks (e.g. generating detailed responses) use more.
