What is a credit?
Credits are an abstract unit that maps to LLM token usage. Different operations consume different amounts of credits depending on the AI model used.
What happens if I exceed my included credits?
Add-on credit packs are available for purchase when you exceed your included allowance. You can also enable auto-reload to top up automatically, and set a monthly spend limit to stay in control of costs.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new account includes enough credits to get started and try Lexey out for free, no subscription required.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes. Switch plans anytime from the Billing page in the management interface.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage your subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible from the Billing page in the management interface. No lock-in contracts.
How does team access work?
Lexey uses organisation-based access. Invite team members with Admin or Member roles. Admins have full access, and Members have read-only access to conversations and preview.
I have multiple brands. Does Lexey support that?
Yes. You can create multiple Lexey organisations, each with its own knowledge base and tone of voice, so every brand gets a tailored experience.
